What Youll Do
At its core, this role is all about creating unforgettable guest experienceswhether youre behind the bar or serving tables.
Bartenders

  • Craft cocktails with precision and personality
  • Prepare drinks for cocktail servers
  • Engage guests, recommend spirits, and keep the bar buzzing
Servers

  • Deliver friendly, attentive tableside service
  • Guide guests through food and drink menus
  • Keep service smooth, fast, and polishedeven when it gets busy
Everyone

  • Work as one cohesive teamfrom setup and prep to last call and cleanup
  • Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready space
  • Balance speed, accuracy, and warmth during high-volume rushes
  • Be confident recommending craft cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly with a welcoming, upbeat attitude
