Job description

Seeking one full-time Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to modernize Excel based forms to web-based forms that are accessible, user-friendly and easy to maintain.
At a high level, the resource will be expected to lead the design, build and implementation of web-based system to facilitate the completion and submission of TIF forms.
Sample Tasks:
• Prepare and propose a modern software design architecture that serves as a blueprint for modernizing existing Excel forms
• Design and develop a modern-web based system to replace existing Excel forms
• Solicit and document business requirements for the new system
• Transform business requirements into software requirements specification
• Develop wireframes, prototypes and software architectural diagrams
• Integrate new software solutions with existing systems
• Collaborate with business and development staff to develop testing and acceptance criteria
• Test code thoroughly to ensure the quality and desired results are produced
• Provide knowledge transfer of the new system to OSA business and IT staff
• Provide knowledge transfer
Desired Skills
• Five (5) years of experience leading the designing and development modern web applications C#.NET, Asp.NET Core
• Five (5) years of UI/UX experience designing accessible and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, bootstrap, and modern UI frameworks.
• Three (3) years of Microsoft SQL Server database design and development experience
• Three (3) years of System architecture and integration experience
• Three (3) years of experience with web services, web APIs and web application security
• Three (3) years of experience soliciting and documenting business and system requirements

  • Familiarity with Excel programming
