 Who We Need

The Technology Intern helps Sabel teams explore and support emerging AI use cases through research, basic data preparation, and simple prototype development. The intern assists with documentation, testing, and coordination activities, gaining handson exposure to practical AI tools and real project workflows while building foundational skills in analysis and collaboration. Our team is focused on putting our DoD customers on a trajectory to innovate, optimize and acquire warfighting capabilities to maintain a persistent strategic advantage. We are seeking talented technologist prospects to develop solutions that make a difference.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintenance of hardware, software, network technologies, and solutions.
  • Analysis of systems, software, and processes for various clients.
  • Investigate commercial off the shelf tools to accomplish the capability
  • Support AI project teams by conducting foundational research on models, tools, and industry trends to inform usecase development.
  • Assist with data preparation tasks such as cleaning, labeling, organizing, and validating datasets to support model training and evaluation.
  • Build simple prototypes or scripts (under supervision) to test concepts, automate small tasks, or run basic analyses.
  • Contribute to documentation efforts, including writing draft summaries, preparing slides, updating requirements, or organizing technical notes for team members.
  • Participate / lead team standups, working sessions, and weekly cohort checkins, capturing notes and tracking action items.
  • Provide general project support, including maintaining trackers, organizing shared resources, and assisting with preparing materials for leadership updates.
Job Qualifications 

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation

This is a paid, temporary, Summer Internship compensated at $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience and current level of education. Internship participation does not guarantee future employment; however, high-performing interns may be considered for upcoming opportunities based on business needs, performance, and available roles.
