INVESTOR RELATIONS ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

We're looking for an Investor Relations Account Director who's as knowledgeable about financial markets as they are passionate about telling financial stories. What you'll do:
As an Account Director on our IR team, you'll:
  • Drive quarterly reporting process including, earnings announcement preparation, earnings release development, script development for CEOs and CFOs and Q&A preparation
  • Serves as a direct point of contact for client needs
  • Ensure the client companies are appropriately and strategically positioned for success with analysts, investors, and all stakeholders
  • Responsible for ideating the appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics, as well as providing high-impact corporate visibility that supports sales, attracts capital, and builds shareholder value
  • Draft, refine and finalize investor-facing press releases, shareholder letters and other related financial documents
  • Draft, refine and finalize investor marketing materials including corporate presentations and investor meeting factsheets
  • Respond to inbound requests and inquiries from investors
  • Supervise junior colleagues to support client management

Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Services, Equity Research, Economics, Financial Public Relations, or similar relevant experience
  • Understanding of finance, capital markets, current events, financial statements and public company reporting requirements
  • Ability to lead client's financial communication strategy
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Diligent attention to detail
  • Preferably, exposure to / experience with CRM and Financial Research Systems including Ipreo and Thomson Reuters Eikon
