Job description

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Services Inc. has over 60 years of proven success representing consumer package goods (CPG) within the complex Military Resale Channel. Providing comprehensive sales and marketing service solutions to our clients. Our processes and proprietary technology are designed to deliver success in this unique retail channel. ESCO, the industry leading grocery broker in the military market, is seeking a Summer Intern - Creative Services in our Dallas office.

The Creative Services Intern will be responsible to assist with the production of high-quality videos, photographs, and graphics to be used on ESCO Retail Services websites, social media, internal communications, and more. The person in this position will work closely with the Program Manager and the ESCO Retail Services team to conceptualize and execute video and photo productions. This is a 90-day position.

General expectations of the Creative Services Intern are as follows:

  • Meet established deadlines
  • Maintain regular office hours
  • Meet regularly with Program Manager/Senior Vice President
  • Gain experience with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, After Effects, and become proficient with a mirrorless camera.
  • Attend and capture events requested by Program Manager/Senior Vice President
  • Assist with collaboration and planning to conceptualize a professional, high-quality video project
  • Assist with storyboarding, script writing and casting
  • Set-Up and operate all equipment (camera(s), lighting, cabling, sound, etc.)
  • Edit raw camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects.
  • Post and manage videos, photos or graphics on proper online channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Ensure that all project files are properly archived and easily accessible
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Program Manager/Senior Vice President

Required Skills:

  • Must have experience using photography/videography equipment and software
  • Must have a portfolio showcasing their photography skills
  • Must have knowledge of lighting techniques and composition

  • Strong and effective oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills
