BIMM is booming, so we're looking for a Automotive Product Specialist to join our team!

Who we're looking for

You are a passionate automotive aficionado. With your deep knowledge of the old and the new, you're keen and stay on top of what defines a luxury automotive experience. You understand the form and function, including the technology behind a luxury automobile. Your exceptional knowledge-base makes you the go-to person in your group when someone is looking for more information on a vehicle. You can translate automotive into general information without missing any details. All of this while having a genuine appreciation for the engineering behind it all. You are the product expert Audi is looking for to drive the information into the customers' hands, through digital expression.

Your passion for Audi products and attention to detail will drive you to be responsible for ensuring the digital data and content on Audi brand platforms is updated and relevant. This business-critical role will play an integral part for Audi and our digital properties. As you will be the core source of technical information about Audi vehicles, attention to detail is paramount; you will be responsible for the accuracy of model information across the fleet and will work with product owners and content authors to deliver this.

Working directly with Audi, agency partners, and the rest of our Content team, you will ensure that Audi's customer-facing digital platforms are set-up and maintained to be product accurate and representative of the business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant Automotive experience, including web tools/applications in a similar environment
  • Post secondary education (Automotive, Technology, Business, Marketing or similar discipline)
  • Working knowledge of CMS systems and technological infrastructure to support backend updates required for product launches
  • Experience in web-based technology, and mobile digital experiences
  • Ability to provide product support and guidance to deliver high-quality and product accurate digital content and information, including pricing
  • Comfortable presenting product details and positioning in front for internal and external audiences
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Able to learn software tools quickly
  • Staying up to date with automotive trends and competitive landscape

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Audi branded terminology and features
  • Knowledge of user experience and interaction design
  • Experience with producing product-accurate assets an asset
  • Working knowledge of photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere)
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of products
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence project tracking tools
