About the Role

ANTS Sports is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and experienced Program Site Lead to join our year-round team in San Francisco. This is a full-time leadership position responsible for overseeing both our morning recess program and afternoon after-school program (ASP) during the school year, and transitioning into a Camp Lead or Coach role during summer programming.

This role is responsible for site staff culture, program quality, and operational excellence. The primary goal is to create sports programming that is fun, safe, and fully aligned with the ANTS Promise and Coaching Principals, while building positive, lasting relationships with students, families, and school staff year-round.

  • December 21–23, 26, 29–31
  • January 2, 19
  • February 5, 15
  • March 26–28
  • April 1–2

Holiday camp days run approximately 8 hours. Specific site assignments will be confirmed in advance. Additional holiday camp dates may be added based on program needs.

Summer Camp (June 3 – Mid-August 2027)

During the summer period, this role transitions into full-time summer camp programming. Depending on experience and performance, the Site Lead may serve as:

  • Camp Lead: Oversee daily camp operations, manage a team of coaches, ensure curriculum delivery, and maintain the energy and safety of the full camp program.
  • Camp Coach: Deliver high-quality sports instruction and youth programming as part of the camp team.

Summer camp programming averages between 38 - 40 hours of direct programming per week, supplemented by structured admin time (equipment prep, curriculum planning, documentation). A one-week summer closure is built into the program calendar, during this period staff will prepare for upcoming camps.

Most of our school year programming takes place in the Sunset / West Portal / Miraloma area in San Francisco.
