This is also a rare opportunity to learn the real estate investment business from an owner who has personally acquired hundreds of properties. Beyond AI and automation, you will become part of a team involved in deal analysis and acquisitions.
Candidates should demonstrate a stable employment history, including at least one position held continuously for 18 months or longer.

This is not an ordinary entry-level office job.

You will work directly with our CEO and executive support team to identify opportunities where AI can improve operations, streamline communication, automate repetitive tasks, and help build innovative systems that create real business value.

We are looking for someone who already lives in the world of AI. Someone who experiments, builds, learns fast, solves problems, and can turn ideas into working systems.

If you are the type of person who naturally explores new tools, builds side projects, studies emerging technology, and enjoys creating useful things with AI, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Responsible ForAI Systems & Workflow Development
  • Build AI-powered workflows to improve internal business operations
  • Automate repetitive administrative and communication tasks
  • Create systems using modern AI tools, LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms
  • Test new AI products and recommend practical business uses
  • Improve efficiency across departments through smart technology implementation
Executive Content & Communication Support
  • Turn voice notes, meetings, or rough ideas into polished written content
  • Help develop newsletters, company updates, presentations, and business communications
  • Assist in preserving executive tone and communication style using AI tools
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats (email, internal memos, digital content, etc.)

  • Stay current on emerging AI tools, platforms, and trends
  • Present practical ideas that can create ROI for the company
  • Research competitors, systems, and new opportunities
  • Help leadership make better technology decisions through organized analysis

  • Build systems that continue working without constant oversight
  • Operate with urgency, professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability
  • Think like an owner, not just an employee
 Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Required)
  • Strong hands-on interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence
  • Ability to demonstrate real-world AI usage beyond classroom theory
  • Strong technical curiosity and self-learning habits

  • Comfortable working directly with ownership/executive leadership
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

  • Portfolio of projects, tools, systems, or demonstrations
  • Experience transforming raw information into polished written output
  • Strong business instincts, not just technical ability

You may be a strong fit if you are:

  • Naturally obsessed with new technology
  • A builder who likes creating useful systems
  • Fast-moving, resourceful, and proactive
  • Able to solve problems independently
