Job description

Senior Software Architect

Architecture & Technical Experience? Create architectural designs and lead architectural design for enterprise-scale applications and integrations. Collaborate with enterprise and clinical architecture teams to ensure alignment. Work with the product teams (owners, managers) to understand the capabilities being requested and translate them to architectural/technical designs.

Team & Program Leadership? Guide technical leads and engineers across multiple projects. Act as the senior architect on major initiatives, including clinical programs. Provide architectural oversight and hands-on support throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications: 10+ years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead, solution architect, enterprise architect). Strong experience in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript). Strong experience in understanding non-functional requirements (SLA, response time, real time, near real time, multi-threading) and ability to create designs that meet the non-functional requirements. 5+ years of full stack development experience. 5+ years of SQL, NoSQL, Redis and any relevant database experience. 5+ years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), microservices, and API design. Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Git) and Kafka. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, especially Generative AI and LLMs. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare domain. Full-stack development experience. Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
