Kelly Engineering is partnering with a global enterprise organization to hire an AI Solutions Engineer to build internal AI tools that solve real business problems across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and engineering.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building practical AI-powered tools, workflow automations, and internal copilots that improve how business teams operate. This is not a research role. We are looking for someone who can build quickly, automate intelligently, and turn business needs into scalable internal AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deploy practical AI-powered solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual work
  • Translate business problems into scalable AI workflows and internal tools
  • Partner directly with business stakeholders and non-technical teams to understand pain points and build useful solutions
  • Build and maintain AI workflows using LLMs, prompt orchestration, APIs, and automation tools
  • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on internal AI applications with visible business impact
  • Bridge the gap between technical AI development and business users by building tools people actually use

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or AI application development
  • Hands-on experience building internal AI tools, copilots, AI agents, or business-facing AI applications
  • Experience building workflow automations using tools such as n8n, LangChain, Flowise, Retool, Make, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with LLMs, GenAI workflows, prompt orchestration, and API integrations
  • Strong ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions
  • Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders and business teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and build solutions for non-technical users
  • Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, builder-focused environment

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with Shakudo strongly preferred. Candidates with direct Shakudo experience will be prioritized
  • Experience building AI agents, RAG workflows, or internal copilots
  • Experience in startup or fast-moving product environments
  • Experience shipping internal tools quickly with minimal oversight

Why Apply

  • Build internal AI tools with visible business impact
  • High ownership and autonomy
  • Fast-moving, builder-focused environment
  • Strong potential for extension or long-term conversion
