The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Test Engineering Intern to join our engineering team. In this role, you’ll get hands-on with real products, real testing, and real engineering challenges. You’ll support our engineers in the test lab and see firsthand how designs are validated and improved before going into production.
What You’ll Do:
Here’s what your day-today might look like:
  • Help set up and run product tests in the lab
  • Work with engineers to gather meaningful test data
  • Record test procedures, results, photos, and videos
  • Turn results into clear reports, graphs, and tables
  • Support design validation and performance testing
  • Assist with troubleshooting and test improvements
  • Share results and observations with the engineering team
  • Help make our testing processes even better over time
What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone who is:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (junior standing preferred)
  • Available part-time during the school year (10–20 hours/week) and full-time in the summer
  • Curious, hands-on, and excited to learn how things work
  • Comfortable using Word and Excel (we’ll teach you the rest)
  • Interested in lab work, testing, or CAD (experience is a plus, not a must)
  • Organized, reliable, and a good communicator
  • Able to commute to our Mequon, WI location
