Are you available this summer? Do you love children and fun summer activities!
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Summer Camp Teachers to join our team from June 1st through Mid-August! If you are enthusiastic about working with children aged Kindergarten to Fifth Grade creating fun and educational experiences, and contributing to their early development, our Summer Camp teachers have a mix of educational, supervisory, and leadership responsibilities. Their role goes beyond teaching—they help create a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for campers.
1. Supervision & Safety
  • Monitor campers at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Enforce camp rules and emergency procedures
  • Respond to injuries, conflicts, or behavioral issues
  • Ensure proper use of equipment and facilities
2. Activity Planning & Instruction
  • Plan, organize, and lead daily activities (sports, arts, outdoor adventures, etc.)
  • Teach specific skills depending on the camp’s focus (e.g., swimming, music, STEM)
  • Adapt activities to suit different age groups and skill levels
  • Keep campers engaged, motivated, and included
3. Mentorship & Support
  • Act as positive role models
  • Help campers build confidence, independence, and social skills
  • Provide emotional support, especially for homesick campers
  • Encourage teamwork and respect among campers
4. Behavior Management
  • Set clear expectations and maintain discipline in a fair, positive way
  • Address conflicts between campers and promote conflict resolution

What We're Looking For:
