Summary
The Talent Management Supervisor leads the headquarters recruiting team to deliver hiring results, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance management for recruiters. Serves as the organization's recruiting subject-matter expert, driving consistent processes, candidate experience, and partnership with hiring managers. Owns recruiting analytics-building and maintaining reports on vacancies, headcount, time-to-fill, and other KPIs-to enable data-driven decisions and ensure recruiting strategies align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop the Team
- Coach, train, and performance-manage recruiters; set goals, review pipelines, and remove blockers
- Allocate requisitions and balance workloads to meet SLAs and hiring targets
- Own the Recruiting Lifecycle
- Conduct/oversee sourcing, screening, behavioral interviewing, and selection for Corporate/Business Support roles
- Ensure rigorous skills matching, coordinate pre-employment testing, and maintain a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
- Partner with the Business Units
- Collaborate with HQ leaders and hiring managers to forecast demand and prioritize reqs
- Drive hiring-manager adherence to process, propose improvements, and enforce timeline accountability
- Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards/reports (vacancies, headcount, time-to-fill, aging, funnel conversion, quality-of-hire)
- Provide regular insights to senior leadership; identify bottlenecks, root causes, and corrective actions
- Use data to optimize sourcing mix, recruiter capacity, and overall strategy alignment with business goals
- Retention & Workforce Health
- Support retention-building initiatives; monitor early-tenure turnover and feedback loops to improve hiring quality
- Process, Quality, & Compliance
- Standardize workflows, interview guides, and selection criteria; champion continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with EEO/OFCCP and company policies; maintain accurate ATS documentation
- Vendor & Tools Management
- Own relationships with agencies, job boards, and recruitment software providers; track ROI and negotiate terms
- Evaluate new tools/channels and implement pilots that improve speed, cost, or quality
- Own HQ onboarding end-to-end: coordinate pre-start logistics, orientation schedules, IT/desk setup, and day-one experience
- Ensure complete, timely documentation: collect and verify all forms (e.g., offer, tax, I-9/E-Verify, direct deposit), and route for approvals within required timelines. KPIs: 100% onboarding packets complete by day 3; 0 overdue I-9 Section 2s; ≤1% document corrections post-hire
- Set up HRIS profiles accurately: create and audit new-hire records in Paycom (jobs, comp, cost centers, benefits eligibility, workflows) and resolve data issues quickly
- 90-day touchpoints: proactively check in with new hires and managers before probation/evaluation; capture feedback and recommend process improvements to reduce early-tenure attrition
- Hiring events & employer brand: represent the company at job fairs and community events; ensure a positive brand presence and timely follow-up with prospects
Compensation Range
$100,000 - $107,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities required
- Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, analytics, and data interpretation required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment law, and compliance (EEOC, I-9, FCRA) required
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Dayforce preferred) and Excel or Power BI for reporting required
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail required
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 5 - 8 Years of Direct Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Required
- 6 - 9 Years of Direct Experience Preferred
- 3 Years of Indirect Experience Required
- 4 Years of Indirect Experience Preferred
- 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
- 4 - 7 Years of Supervisory Experience Preferred
