You'll create a welcoming, inclusive environment where participants of all experience levels feel supported, challenged, and inspired.

What You're Responsible For:

Deliver safe, well-structured classes that accommodate varying fitness levels, abilities, and yoga experience while fostering participation, wellness, and community.
  • Five-Star Hospitality Service: Create an exceptional participant experience by preparing the class space in advance, ensuring equipment is set up, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment before, during, and after each class. Anticipate participant needs and focus on the details that elevate the overall experience.
  • Tenant Satisfaction & Engagement: Build positive relationships with participants and actively engage with members to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Help drive class attendance, satisfaction, and ongoing participation through approachable instruction and community-building.
  • Independent Instruction: Comfortably teach in a corporate setting with varying spaces, equipment, and class setups. Work independently with limited on-site supervision while maintaining a high standard of instruction, professionalism, and reliability.
Baseline Requirements:
  • You have 1+ years of experience teaching group Yoga, Pilates, and/or Sculpt classes in a fitness center or studio environment.
  • Experience in the corporate fitness or wellness industry is preferred. Candidates with experience teaching additional group fitness formats (e.g., Strength, HIIT, Barre, etc.) is a plus.
  • You hold a valid 200-hour RYT Yoga certification or a nationally recognized Pilates instructor certification, if applicable.
  • You maintain current CPR and AED certification.
  • You maintain active professional liability insurance or are willing to obtain coverage prior to providing services.
  • You're comfortable using technology and can assist members with class registration through our wellness platform.
Key Competencies:
  • Customer-Centric: In previous roles, you have exceeded what customers expected of you, you have an innate hospitality mindset and are happiest when you are serving others.
  • Hyper-organized ball juggler: You stay extremely organized and are constantly reprioritizing your own work because it's what makes you most effective.  Everyone refers to you as a stellar multi-tasker.
  • Stellar Communication: You are known for clearly communicating your points - whether in email or verbally.  In this role you'll be communicating a lot about bookings (both coordinating them and confirming), sending vendor communications, and engaging with different levels of tenants (office managers to C-Suite).
