Job description

We are looking for amazing retail and winter enthusiasts to join our team as a seasonal clothing sales specialist this winter! The earliest start date for this job will be mid-September, but we are taking applications and starting the hiring process NOW. This position has the opportunity to grow into a patio sales full-time year-round position which offers a full benefits package and heavy commissions opportunities in the summer.


Part-time positions (minimum of 2-3 weekday shifts - morning or night - and 1 weekend shift)

Full-time positions also available!

Requirements:

  • Amazing customer service skills, clothing and retail sales experience.
  • Cashier and cash handling experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Self motivated and able stay busy at all times.
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts and holidays.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring every customer is given great customer service. By always being outgoing, friendly. approachable, knowledgeable and engaging with every single customer.
  • Greeting every customer upon entrance into the store and lead them to the right direction of the store for what they are looking for.
  • Answering phones and directing the call to proper department.
  • Restocking, sizing, zippering, snapping and straightening clothing and all merchandise at all times.
  • Ensuring that every customer shopping is offered assistance, offer the product features and benefits, and give them guidance to make sure they get exactly what they need.
  • Processing sales transactions while handling money/ tender at the registers accurately.
  • Learning about all the soft goods products we sell in the store.
    • This includes in store training, paid clinics, online resources and help from management staff.
  • Keeping a neat, clean, organized store and register area at all times.
  • Maintain all clothing to be priced, neat and shoppable at all times.
  • Facilities duties as needed. Vacuuming, mopping, washing windows and doing trash etc.



This is a physical position that includes lifting up to 50lbs., standing for extended periods.
