About this roleResponsible for the logistic activities of the Summer Youth Program including the flow of children and maintaining supplies. Provide support to the mission of the program; conduct student orientation and train the parttime staff and volunteers; and assist with orientation and training of program instructors.Varies

Base Pay: $15.80. Offer amount based on the College's Salary Schedule guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plans, directs, and controls the work of people who do not report directly to you, but who provide support to the goals and objectives of your organization.

  • Coordinates the activities of one or more staff. Assists in scheduling and administrative requirements. This may include student workers, parttime, fulltime, temporary, and/or volunteers.

  • Determines and maintains appropriate program resources.

  • Prepares classroom in preparation for teaching.

  • Participates in college and campus committee or activities to further the college mission.

  • Types and edits forms, reports, memos, correspondence, and/or handbooks. Includes word processing.

  • Coordinates and assists with the planning and implementation of student activities.

  • Coordinates and assists with the implementation of program's goals, objectives, and evaluation procedures.

  • Enters or edits data to existing database files.

  • Receives cash payments.

  • Develops programs to reward or recognize employees for length of service, safety, attendance, wellness, or performance.

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
