Job description

Job Summary

We’re hiring a Software Developer for our Technology and Product Development team. You’ll build new features, fix bugs, support QA, and research tools and patterns that make our team faster and better. This position is located in the Omaha, Nebraska metro area.

You Will
  • Act as part of a cross‑functional team, working with developers, designers, Quality Engineers and product owners to bring prototypes to production.
  • Support our software by fixing bugs, improving performance, and contributing to documentation.
  • Write awesome code and enjoy the work.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience with object‑oriented programming, SQL databases, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, etc.).
  • 1+ years of professional experience building software.
  • Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Knowledge of .NET, C#, Flutter, Dart, SQL Server, Redis, Hangfire, Azure, IdentityServer, and Sass is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop documentation.
  • Able to exercise independent judgment and discretion with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Enjoys troubleshooting and helping others.
