Job description

We are a lifestyle brand!

We are on a mission to provide the world with simple, wholesome food and beverage items that fit today's lifestyle, offering an intimate - yet fast and consistent - experience to our customers.

We love and take pride in what we do, and we currently offer an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and ever-growing brand in this industry.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a member of the Training & Development team, your mission is to translate live operations into clear, visual, and executable internal training tools across all locations. This field-based role is purely operational, focusing on internal execution rather than marketing. Access to professional-grade camera equipment will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Capture & Creation

  • Capture high-quality multimedia content (photos and videos) of live operational processes, ensuring internal training materials are visual and engaging.
  • Ensure all content accurately reflects real operational execution and is not staged or marketing-focused.

SOP & Training Development

  • Design comprehensive documentation and instructional videos (both short and long-form) optimized for our Learning Management System (LMS) and physical training guides.
  • Translate raw photo and video footage into clear, concise, and easy-to-follow training materials, and update existing SOPs as needed.

Systems & Workflow

  • Edit all photo and video content for clarity, accuracy, and usability, adding annotations, callouts, and measurements as necessary.
  • Ensure materials are clean, consistent, on-brand, and optimized for both digital training platforms and printed Back-of-House (BOH) use.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) for document creation and media editing.
  • Manage digital assets within Asana and shared drives, and oversee content within the Learning Management System (LMS); while LMS experience is a plus, technical and creative skills are considered highly transferable. Ensure all training assets are organized, current, and accessible to the field.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate across all departments to create comprehensive SOPs and instructional content, ensuring deliverables meet organizational training needs.
  • Travel to various restaurant locations to capture real-time execution and quickly revise materials based on leadership feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in operational content creation, training, or restaurant operations
  • Strong understanding of fast-casual or restaurant workflows
  • Ability to independently shoot photo and video content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in active kitchen environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Background in operations or training and development
  • Experience creating SOPs for multi-unit restaurant concepts
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms or training rollouts
  • Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen standards
  • Experience building bilingual (English/Spanish) materials

BENEFITS:

  • Health & Wellness – Medical, Dental & Vision
  • PTO
  • Discounted Meals
  • Growth Opportunities
  • 401(k) Plan with Company Match
