About this opportunity
This position is responsible for efficiently answering phone calls from prospective customers and scheduling appointments to meet with one of our outside sales representatives (Energy Consultants). Ability to multi-task and effectively manage customer calls and other administrative responsibilities is essential.
What your role will look like
  • Source new sales opportunities through incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns accurately and appropriately.
  • Gather detailed customer information and generate leads for sales representatives.
  • Enter complete and accurate lead information into the sales software program.
  • Schedule customer appointments for sales representatives.
  • Review signed proposals from customers and complete new customer account set up.
  • Coordinate scheduling of new customer installations between sales representatives and service departments by creating installation work orders.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Be receptive to and successfully complete other duties as assigned.

  • Education: Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience operating a multi-line/function phone system.
  • Negotiate while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to read and write in English and perform basic math skills.
