Our summer program is structured to provide you with an in-depth look at insurance, giving you exposure to different departments and career pathways through our Leader Chat Series. You'll lead projects and present your findings to our senior leadership, showcasing your talents and company contributions. And, our past interns have been offered full-time opportunities at the conclusion of the program - we'll even help you with your résumé and LinkedIn profile!

This program is ideal for undergraduate students majoring or minoring in Risk Management and Insurance with an expected graduation of May 2028. Students with a clear and demonstrated interest in the insurance industry are also encouraged to apply. Interns will work in a hybrid capacity at our offices in New Hartford, NY or Charlotte-Ballantyne, NC.
