About the Role:
Join Tiny Tots Learning Ministry as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development, and we are looking for passionate professionals to partner with us to provide the best care in our dual ABA/ CHILDCARE Center.
*Credentials: Having your own, independent, insurance credentials is not required but highly preferred.*
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the needs of children.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate behavioral strategies in the classroom.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress.
  • Stay updated on best practices and research in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
