Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)

Livewell Animal Hospital – Reston, VA (Opening Summer 2026)

Target Start Date: Mid-June

Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week (includes Saturdays, with future rotation)

Wage: $27 - $35

Sign On Bonus: $3000 for qualified candidates

We're opening a brand-new Livewell Animal Hospital in Reston—and this is your chance to get in on the ground floor.

We're a one-doctor practice with big growth plans (expanding to two doctors within the first year). We're looking for a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) who's excited to help build the culture, workflows, and standards of a hospital from day one.

What You'll Do
  • Support patient care and assist with appointments and procedures
  • Assist in surgery, including prep, monitoring, and recovery
  • Perform and support dentals and dental radiography
  • Assist with radiology and lab work (IDEXX: Catalyst, ProCyte, UA)
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience—every visit, every time
  • Be part of building workflows, SOPs, and a positive team culture
