Job description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Ensure Safety: Proactively stop work and report any major injury hazards, and comply with all HSE standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote Health: Report any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards, and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Enhance Quality: Follow standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures, and perform quality inspections to identify and control non-conforming material.
  • Achieve Production Goals: Operate equipment independently to meet customer expectations, achieve production goals, and maintain the required cycle time or engineering standards.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Keep your work area clean and orderly, perform routine housekeeping tasks, and carry out planned operator care and maintenance tasks.
  • Support Team Members: Instruct and coach others, act as an informal resource for team members with less capability, and communicate effectively with your team and support teams.
  • Improve Processes: Participate actively in improving quality, safety, processes, material flow, and employee development.
  • Minimize Environmental Impact: Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize any negative effects, while engaging in HSE training.
