Job description

For our Detroit based cleint we require a PMO analyst to work Onsite in Iowa.

Role Title: PMO Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the PMO Manager following associated project processes and quality assurance expectations.
Conduct project onboarding and staff management activities.
Schedule management and planning activities
Conduct quality review of deliverables and work products.
Identify and track mitigation of project risks, issues, and potential concerns.
Ability to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

Prior relevant experience of at least 3 years with large organizations/projects with multiple projects and teams.
Advanced understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC) activities and phases including with hybrid-agile methodology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
Ability to work in a high-paced fast environment with multiple project teams and team leads.
Understanding of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to communicate effectively, and work independently and as part of a team.
Project tracking tools such as ADO preferred.
