The View From the Water Tower
The Interior Designer I is an entry- to early-career role focused on learning the full design process while contributing reliable, high-quality work. You'll support projects under the guidance of Interior Designer IIs, Senior Designers, and the Director of Design while building technical proficiency, confidence, and an understanding of internal systems.
Dive In! Your Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Support design projects through programming, space planning, renderings, and specifications
  • Develop drawings, plans, and presentation materials under guidance
  • Participate in client meetings alongside Sales and Dual Designers
  • Conduct site visits, field measurements, and as-built documentation
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and follow internal processes
  • Manage assigned tasks and deadlines reliably
  • Continue developing technical skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design (CIDA/FIDER preferred)
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, CET, and 20-20/SPEC
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
