JOB TITLE:Rental Technician

DIVISION:Rental Department

REPORTS TO:Rental Shop Supervisor

LOCATION:Rental Shops

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/ Part-Time/ Seasonal/ Hourly

POSITION:

The Summer Rental Technician provides front-line customer service by properly selecting and setting up bike equipment for guests. Other responsibilities include inspecting equipment as it gets returned, cleaning and maintaining rental equipment, and making basic adjustments and repairs to our guests' equipment. We are excited to be growing our team and treating our employees to the unique and amazing perks and benefits Solitude Mountain Resort has to offer.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have customer service experience
  • Capable of standing for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include weekends and holidays
  • Self-starter, ability to work with high standards without supervision
  • High safety standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of mountain bikes and summer sports equipment
  • Basic cashiering skills
  • Passion for winter and summer sports

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
