Job description

Job Summary
The Sales Representative - Summer/Winter Student at Etobicoke Student Painting (franchise of DT Home Reno) is responsible for generating sales opportunities, as well as providing excellent customer service. The individual will be the face of the company, representing us in Toronto, ON to drive sales growth in the region. The individual will be employed on a full-time basis in the summer (part time opportunities in the Winter) months, and will be paid on a base plus commission salary. 
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Generate sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
- Research and identify new sales opportunities to grow the company’s business
- Foster positive relationships with industry professionals, contractors, and other related vendors
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management about customer service
- Develop and maintain a professional customer service presence
Requirements
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required 
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
