Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming and supporting guests as they begin their Canyon Ranch experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest needs are met with the highest standards of hospitality.
  • Greet guests, manage reservations, and handle inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Coordinate special requests and services to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and positive interpersonal skills, including handling sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of management and staff.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and maintain confidentiality as an expert in your area.
  • Utilize organizational and computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as needed.
  • Focus on the details that make guest experiences memorable and impactful.
