Operations Supervisor- Task Force

*100% Travel Position. This position will travel to locations based on business needs. All travel will be compensated based company travel policy.

Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work outdoors near some of the country’s most iconic national parks. As a Task Force Supervisor, you will partner closely with the General Manager (GM) and Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support overall camp operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role is highly dynamic, serving as a flexible operational leader across departments. You will act as a hands-on resource, supporting front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage and stepping in wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Task Force Supervisor serves as an expert in customer service and operational execution. You will help lead and support teams such as Camp Concierge, Guest Experience Coordinator, Housekeeping, and F&B, while reinforcing standards and driving consistency across the camp.

In partnership with the GM and AGM, you will help communicate goals, uphold expectations, and provide on-the-ground leadership support to ensure team success and an elevated guest experience.

This is a seasonal, non-exempt position.

Responsibilities


• Cross-trained across multiple property departments
• Think critically and adapt quickly to changing on-property needs
• Set clear expectations and communicate professionally with team and guests
• Support guest and team member needs with urgency and care
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and observing corrective actions
• Delegate tasks and ensure accountability through completion
• Operate camp independently when needed with minimal oversight
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
• Support team engagement, recognition, and a positive culture
• Monitor NPS/eNPS and support action planning
• Maintain awareness of financial performance to inform decisions
• Foster collaboration across departments and with corporate partners
• Support payroll, time & attendance, and Rooms operations oversight
• Ensure SOPs are implemented and maintained
• Participate in meetings and deliver high-quality work on time
• Respond to guest reviews within established timelines
• Other duties as assigned

Education
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ years of hospitality leadership experience overseeing Food & Beverage and Rooms operations.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lead in absence of GM/AGM
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills
• Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Demonstrates sound judgment and accountability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property/POS systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Additional Information
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in an outdoor environment
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and working on uneven terrain
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Subject to background and/or motor vehicle check
