  • 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Description

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to support a high-priority infrastructure initiative focused on delivering immediate operational impact. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of systems that improve infrastructure visibility, workflow efficiency, and operational awareness.

You will operate across multiple product teams in a highly collaborative environment, working directly with stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions. This position requires a senior-level engineer who can take ownership of complex problems, drive technical direction, and rapidly deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of full-stack solutions from concept through deployment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Drive feature development and take ownership of the full software development lifecycle
  • Integrate with and contribute to diverse teams, systems, and technology stacks
  • Design and implement intuitive user interfaces and efficient workflows
  • Develop solutions for data visualization, task automation, and workflow enhancements
  • Mentor and support other engineers while contributing to overall team effectiveness
Skills Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience developing across the full stack (UI/UX, API/middleware, backend, and DevOps)
  • Experience developing with modern UI frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
  • Strong experience writing scripts and services in Python
  • RESTful web application development experience using Spring Boot and Python
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, SQLite)
  • Experience with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines

Compensation Employment Policy

Salary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, skills, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000 (annualized USD).
