What You Will Do:

- Process Engineering & Optimization:Develop innovative solutions to improve product designs, streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance product quality using data analytics (e.g., OEE, root cause analysis).
- Converting & Packaging Engineering:Support development of web-processing and equipment solutions, optimize packaging lines for efficiency, and assist with new equipment integration using tools like 3D modeling and mechatronics.
- Control Systems Engineering:Support automation systems, industrial networks, and robotics integration, contributing to digital manufacturing solutions and troubleshooting control issues.
- Manufacturing Project Support:Contribute to capital projects and new initiatives (e.g., capacity expansion, automation, cost savings) from concept to execution, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables.
