DESCRIPTION
The Whale's Tail is an old school "clam bar": a "shack" serving fresh, locally caught seafood in a casual, beachy environment. It's a place that is fun and cool, where locals can gather and get a taste for the fishing industry.
We are planning our grand opening for the summer and are looking for cooks to hop on board! We are looking for individuals with a passion for great food and hospitality. You will be responsible for preparing a menu of fun, classic dishes and will be a member of a close-knit team. No previous culinary experience is necessary, only a desire to learn. Our goal this summer is to produce great food and to have a great time!
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
  • Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures.
  • Coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment.
