POSITION SUMMARY
Project Manager/Estimator will have responsibilities or roles in billing, change orders, accurate proposals, specification requirements and project scheduling.
Responsibilities include:
Project Management:
  • Build and maintain owner/client relationship
  • Organize tasks to be completed
  • Review and implement HCSS project budgets
  • Code invoices received on the job to proper budget item
  • Track and manage change order work
  • Create and implement project schedule

Estimating:
  • Estimate project cost using HCSS
  • Develop project takeoff and value engineering
  • Attend pre-bids, pre-jobs and project meetings
  • Review and evaluate job costs and budget with accounting staff
  • Perform assigned tasks in a safe, timely, accurate and efficient manner observing all safety laws, policies and rules

Position Requirements
  • 4-year CEM and/or Engineering degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Math Skills
  • Experience through internships or summer job(s), particularly in equipment operation and/or maintenance
  • CADD/Survey Experience
  • Must have computer experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Bluebeam Revu
  • Experience using estimating software, HCSS preferred
  • Experience with GPS/Survey and CAD/3d Modeling preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Possess a valid current Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
