We believe computer science is a gateway to opportunity—and every scholar deserves access to the skills that will shape the future. From coding foundations to robotics challenges, our CS classrooms are places where creativity thrives, problem-solving deepens, and scholars discover the power of technology.

We are searching for passionate, innovative Computer Science Teachers who are ready to ignite curiosity, expand pathways, and equip scholars with 21st-century skills.

We’re looking for educators who embody:

  • Someone who plans thoughtfully, executes with detail, and believes meaningful results grow from consistent effort.
What You’ll DoPursue Growth

We believe we can and must get better—together.

  • Use scholar data to inform pacing, reteaching, and enrichment opportunities.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, including Summer Training and weekly instructional sessions.
  • Collaborate with teammates, giving and receiving feedback to strengthen instructional excellence.
Strive for Excellence

We hold high expectations—for ourselves and our scholars.

  • Build a strong, standards-aligned Computer Science curriculum rooted in coding basics, problem-solving, and robotics fundamentals.
  • Ensure every scholar has access to grade-level rigor through creative, joyful learning experiences.
  • Facilitate dynamic whole-class and small-group instruction that sparks curiosity and deepens understanding.
  • Adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners and create an inclusive STEM environment.

  • Contribute to a positive staff culture through collaboration, optimism, and shared ownership.
  • Maintain consistency in routines, systems, and classroom management to create a strong learning environment.
  • Reflect on the impact of your actions and elevate the collective success of the team.
Create Joy

Joy is foundational to our mission—and central to STEM learning.
