Job Overview

The Manager, Strategic Enablement is responsible for spearheading analytics enablement initiatives and managing cross-functional programs that support organizational growth. This role leads the execution of key initiatives including governance improvements, data citizen programs, and profitability enablement. The role partners with stakeholders to define, pilot, and scale new analytics capabilities while ensuring successful adoption across business domains. Through strategic execution and outcome-focused delivery, the role advances analytics maturity and drives measurable business impact.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise analytics enablement initiatives and manage timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Drive execution of governance, profitability enablement, and data citizen programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions, and scale capabilities
  • Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure delivery of measurable business value
  • Support adoption and advancement of analytics maturity across the organization
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Proven experience leading enterprise analytics projects and cross-functional programs
  • Strong understanding of data governance and profitability enablement practices
  • Effective collaboration and partnership across business functions

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
  • 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience
