About the RoleTo achieve its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is hiring a Senior Coordinator, Program Operations, who will support the Greater Dallas team in successfully running Braven's Leadership & Career Accelerator course (the Accelerator). In this role, you will be part of the engine behind our work with at least one of our Higher Education Partners. This role will help ensure smooth program logistics and provide other administrative support as assigned.
This role is part of the regional team and reports directly to the Senior Director of the Dallas Region.
What You'll DoCoordinate Logistics for the Accelerator (80%)
- Manage operations for Braven's Career and Leadership Accelerator course sections at UNT with consistency and precision across sections
- Coordinate in-person Learning Lab logistics, including space, materials, food, and other logistics
- Provide live Zoom support during weekly Learning Lab execution, including breakout room management
- Prepare weekly Fellow communications using the Weekly Email Fellow Templates, ensuring accurate links and inclusion of all region-specific announcements

- Support discussion board management in the course
- Manage site inbox and maintain the program operations calendar for the site
- Submit regular learning tracker feedback each Learning Lab cycle, capturing course observations, Fellow feedback, and suggestions for program improvement
- Reconcile Fellow attendance across sections weekly, publish in the course, and proactively share attendance insights with the Associate Director, Program Success, and Facilitator to inform any needed interventions
- Assign weekly Leadership Coach substitutes and share the weekly coverage report; serve as a Substitute Leadership Coach as needed
- Project management of the Jira Accelerator Execution Project to ensure effective coordination across the site execution team
- Provide coordination support for the weekly Learning Lab observation schedule via the Leadership Coach Support Tool
- Complete all required central operations trainings and maintain working fluency in every central operations process, including the Leadership Coach substitute process, delegated inbox, Learning Lab attendance reconciliation, discussion boards, deck prep and accessibility, and event logistics
Support Regional Operations (15%)
- Establish and maintain the DFW office management system - supply inventory, orders, catering, and room reservations, serving as a dependable resource for the full team
- Deliver quarterly SCPO updates to the D/FW regional team on a consistent cadence, capturing Accelerator highlights, milestones, and areas of concern
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with Braven's central team stakeholders, sharing UNT context and bringing back insights that strengthen regional strategy
- Execute and/or assist with ad-hoc program-related projects and tasks
Support Recruitment and Fellow Events (5%)
- Serve as second-in-command for recruitment operations, administrative tasks, operational alignment with partner communications, event logistics, and systems inventory
- During the academic year, support with high-traffic campus tabling events and activations each semester
- During the summer, take a primary recruitment role across a high volume of events, including information sessions, tabling, and relationship-building with recruitment partners
- Provide planning, execution, and on-site support for partner engagements, including summer engagements with partners
- Assist with sourcing and vetting internship opportunities for Fellows
- Execute and/or assist with ad-hoc program-related projects and tasks
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service ethic with the ability to proactively anticipate questions and concerns
- Strong critical thinking, written, and interpersonal communication skills are necessary
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), G-Suite (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Gmail)
- Experience in Salesforce, Canva, Jira, Zoom, and Expensify
- Exemplification of Braven's core values.
- Experience that has informed your belief in Braven's mission and has prepared you to work with, or for, Braven's student Fellow population.

Work Demands
- Ability to work in-person at least 3 days per week in the Dallas-Fort Worth (TX) area or our higher education partner's campus in Denton, TX
- Travel 2-3 times per year for Braven-wide trainings and convenings
- Some nights and weekends are scheduled to accommodate Learning Labs and other campus-related activities as needed. Learning Lab schedules may vary from semester to semester.
- Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds for various events (e.g., tabling, presentations).
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation

CompensationBraven offers opportunities for salary growth over time. We believe in compensating staff members fairly relative to one another, their qualifications, and their impact on the organization, and we take internal and external equity seriously. Given our commitment to equity, Braven does not negotiate salary offers; instead, each offer is carefully determined using external and internal benchmarks.
The hiring range is determined by role scope, qualifications, and internal equity, with annual growth based on performance. Braven does not base compensation on individual candidate salary expectations and is committed to maintaining internal equity. The hiring ranges for this role by geographic market are set forth in Dallas at $47,000-$50,500. This is based on a 50-hour work week at an hourly rate. This is a full-time, regular, non-exempt, and benefits-eligible position where you will be working at 100% capacity.

Location
We gather on-site three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and work remotely two days per week (though certain commitments may adjust this schedule from time to time). This is an in-person position, and the person must live in the Greater Dallas area.
