Wage Scale  

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

We are looking for high-performing, passionate individuals to join a remarkable team of culinary leaders and hospitality professionals as we continue the JOEY legacy in our second location in Dallas. Opening summer 2026!

As a Takeout/To Go Coordinator you will play a critical role in bringing an Iconic take-out experience to our guests’ doorsteps. Providing accuracy and quality, you enhance what is expected through genuine warmth and care. As an individual, you thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment and can stay organized and efficient in synch with both your service and culinary teams.  

Duties  

  • Exude professionalism and Genuine Warmth and Care. 
  • Inspect and ensure food quality specifications. 
  • Pull products based on takeout orders.  
  • Ensure proper product usage and storage.  
  • Package and label all items, ensuring all necessary components are included in each order. 
  • Communicate with delivery support if needed.  
  • Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation and safety of the work area.  
  • Complete assigned opening, side work, and closing duties to set your team up for success. Stock, clean, and organize service stations and sections.  
  • Resolve issues with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgement. It’s Your Business. 
  • Assist and perform other duties as assigned.  
  • Follow all safe food handling procedures in accordance with state law.  

Basic Qualifications 

  • No experience necessary. 
  • Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler permits. 
  • Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences. 
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. 
  • Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
