Job description

Who We Are
adMarketplace is the largest global marketplace for Native Search advertising. For over 25 years, we've connected brands with consumers at the moment they express commercial intent beyond legacy search engines.
Today, our Native Search solutions are exclusively integrated across next-generation platforms where discovery happens, including web browsers, Buy Now Pay Later apps, and AI chat surfaces. Powered by vector search technology, our platform delivers relevant text and product ads that match consumers with the brands, products, and offers they're actively seeking.
Our award-winning culture is grounded in the principles of Curiosity, Collaboration, Creative Conflict, Commitment, and Competitiveness - our 5Cs. These values drive us to turn complexity into clarity and create measurable value for consumers, advertisers, and publishers alike.
The Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of data, product, and business strategy, helping teams make smarter decisions, optimize performance, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
You'll leverage strong analytical and statistical skills to design analyses, evaluate experiments, and build scalable reporting solutions. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization, where your insights will directly influence product direction and business outcomes.
What You'll Do:
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive measurable business impact
  • Design, execute, and interpret experiments (e.g., A/B testing, causal inference methods) to evaluate product changes and inform strategic decisions
  • Build, maintain, and optimize scalable dashboards and reporting solutions that enable teams to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions in real time
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Demand, and Supply teams to define key questions, scope analyses, and influence roadmap and prioritization decisions
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, uncover inefficiencies, and drive optimization across products and business processes
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, data landscape, and key metrics to anticipate future analytical needs and surface insights ahead of stakeholder requests
  • Contribute to improving data quality, accessibility, and overall analytics infrastructure by collaborating with data engineering and technical teams
Basic Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics) or equivalent experience
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Familiarity with data warehouse architectures (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau (or similar)
  • Solid understanding of statistics and experimental design (e.g., A/B testing, causal inference)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting product, engineering, or revenue teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience building dashboards and scalable reporting solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Nice to have: experience in marketing, advertising, ad tech, or media analytics, and/or familiarity with Python or other scripting languages

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 + Bonus & Equity
