As a Job Coach, you will make a huge impact on someone’s life by assisting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities with overcoming challenges to sustaining community employment. You will assist individuals with learning job tasks, create customized strategies to meet their employer’s expectations, assist with communicating with their employer, and document about interactions and supports provided. As a team, you will assist with developing goals to assist in reaching their greatest potential and becoming as independent as possible. You will better the community workforce by promoting inclusion and diversity through professionalism, positivity, and respect. You will be responsible for completing electronic documentation within 24 hours of services completed and effectively describing services provided to meet HCBS expectations. If you are energetic, have positive energy, enjoy helping people grow and thrive, and have basic computer skills, we want to hear from you!

Shift times will vary, depending on our individuals’ coaching needs and employers’ needs. Shift times may include a combination of days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Requirements:

- 18 years of age

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma or equivalent

- Reliable transportation

- Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance

- Basic computer skills

- Good written and verbal communications are needed.

- Previous experience working with individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities preferred.

- Background check
