RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Oversee the parts sales process from estimators and production manager inquiries to finding the part to invoicing the customers.
  • Complete order part request for any parts that need to be ordered for the repairs.
  • Communicate with estimators, technicians and managers on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership.
  • Check in all parts as orders arrive.
  • Pick parts when jobs come in and verify counts with technicians.
  • Return all unused parts.
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to work effectively in a variety of temperature conditions, including hot and cold environments
  • The ability to build rapport with vendors
  • Experience with auto parts sales required
  • People focused and providing great customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, with workplace flexibility. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Proficient with computer skills is preferred
