The Opportunity (Job Purpose):

Are you ready to make a visible impact? As our next Parts Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.


Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.


What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities):

  • Safeguarding company assets, including vehicles and parts, and following all safety protocols.
  • Pull daily delivery orders from inventory at the branch and load the delivery truck.
  • Perform manual material handling of parts for delivery to/from branches and customer sites.
  • Perform all pre-trip vehicle inspections and fuel vehicles.
  • Drive delivery van or parts vehicle throughout an 8-hour shift, making several stops.
  • Use a pallet jack or forklift to move parts to the requested location in the customer's building.
  • Complete paperwork with a bill of lading and assemble mail.
  • Work with the Parts Counter persons to handle credits and returns.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
  • Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business 
  • Mindset: A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Physical and Mental Demands:

The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; working in areas with fumes or airborne particles; vibration. 


What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot the flow of traffic and road conditions.
  • Ability to adhere to established safe driving guidelines.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Dependable and reliable attendance required.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
