What You'll Do
  • Work closely with the Production Manager to support daily operations
  • Order, receive, and track parts inventory
  • Ensure accurate inventory control and organization
  • Inspect incoming parts and verify deliveries
  • Maintain clean, organized parts storage areas
  • Assist with department budgeting and cost control
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Support the collision center team with additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and math skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
  • Previous parts or inventory experience is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
