What You'll Do
  • Lead top consumer brands in food, beauty, beer, luxury spirits or beverages brands that activate in culture, from Aspen to Art Basel, Coachella to F1 and the US Open
  • Be client relationship lead, and serve as a trusted voice and advisor
  • Dissect client business objectives/goals and craft strategies that achieve those goals in a disruptive fashion
  • See the future - ID the trends, people, brands that are relevant and complement the clients and work we do
  • Develop strategic recommendations and sell-in programming
  • Manage a team and all workflow across the full account, including overseeing all programs and managing the budgeting and staffing of the business
  • Strengthen relations with and bring relevant tastemakers, brand partners and influencers in to the fold of brands on an programmatic and ad hoc basis
  • Report on competitive brand and lifestyle trends to clients; demonstrate ability to be nimble and develop one-of-a-kind "ways in" for brands harnessing these trends

What You'll Bring
  • We are looking for someone based in NYC or LA
  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience; experience working on luxury brands ideal
  • Solid foundation in public relations - both traditional media and digital
  • Proven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, think strategically and build of-the-moment and future-forward collaborations that transcend culture
  • Ability to "roll with it" and be nimble when there are changes to pathways and needs to counsel on pivots
  • Experience with tastemaker/influencer ID, negotiation and activation management
  • Ability to counsel and provide ongoing strategic POVs
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in consumer marketing specifically: traditional public relations, large integrated programming, social strategy, and influencer marketing (paid and organic)
  • Ability to command a room and get stakeholder buy-in from multiple channels
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel and be in person with clients in their office, at events, and activations (this is required)

    • Vice President: $136,000 - $165,000/year
    • Vice President, Group Manager: $166,000 - $199,000/year

(Please note: Actual title and compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.)
Location: Remote or in the New York office
Our Flexible Work Policy:
We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.
For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.
