Job Description:
Lead, AI Product Management & Value Realization positions offered by CCI Corporate Services LLC (Atlanta, GA). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to drive business value through AI and ML solutions. Develop and implement strategies to measure and track the value of AI and ML solutions, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations to inform funding decisions and ensure that AI and ML solutions deliver expected business value. Work with stakeholders to develop and prioritize use cases for AI and ML solutions, and ensure that these solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's AI and ML landscape, including existing solutions, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth. Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI and ML solutions that may impact value delivered. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in AI and ML technologies. Plan, implement and measure AI solutions that drive business value using AI and ML technologies. Identify potential costs and benefits associated with AI and ML implementations. Develop business cases for AI solutions, including cost, value and ROI. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business value and solution effectiveness. Conduct data analysis to measure AI solution performance and value realization. Identify opportunities to improve AI and ML implementation, optimizing value delivered. Manage AI project budgets and resources, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Engineering or a related field and 6 years of experience conducting data, financial, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Must have 6 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Using Agile and Waterfall development methodologies;
  • Performing data visualization, statistical modeling, and data mining; and
  • Calculating ROI and total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • In lieu of a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 6 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master's or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 4 years of experience as stated, or a PhD or foreign equivalent degree and 1 year of experience as stated.
  • Must have 1 year of experience managing AI and ML projects, including budget and resource management.
  • Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
  • Position reports to Atlanta, GA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.

Compensation includes a base salary of $160,425 to $181,736. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
