About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented SQL + VBA Developer with ~5 years of hands-on experience to build, optimize, and maintain data automation solutions. You will design robust SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL routines, and develop Excel/Access-based VBA automations to streamline reporting, reconcile data, and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
Develop and maintain VBA macros (Excel/Access) for reporting, data processing, and UI forms.
Build automated data pipelines, validations, and reconciliation frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure data quality, performance tuning, error handling, and documentation.
Support production issues, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
5+ years in SQL development (T-SQL/PL-SQL) and VBA programming (Excel/Access).
