Intake Specialist & Case Summary Specialist
Multiple Shifts Available (24/7/365)
Base Salary: $46,000-$57,000 (plus bonuses & shift differentials)

About the Role
We're hiring multiple Intake Specialists & Case Summary Specialists to join a fast-paced Personal Injury practice. In this role, you'll manage the intake process from start to finish-fielding calls, gathering key case details, and drafting clear, accurate case summaries. You'll ensure files are decision-ready for sign/decline review while delivering empathetic, professional support to clients at a critical time in their lives.
Compensation & Schedule
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM: $46,000 base
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: $50,000 base
  • 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM: $55,000 base
  • Team Lead (one per shift): $57,000 base
  • Bonuses: $45 per signed contract (bi-weekly payouts) + monthly performance bonuses
  • Total Earnings Potential: $60,000-$120,000 annually (base + bonuses + shift differentials)
  • Status: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and online leads from accident victims.
  • Conduct outbound follow-ups with clients, witnesses, and referral sources.
  • Collect and document liability details, medical treatment, damages, and insurance info.
  • Gather and organize supporting evidence (police reports, medical records, photos, witness info).
  • Draft clear, polished case summaries and maintain accurate case files.
  • Identify information gaps and follow up to ensure files are complete.
  • Provide empathetic, professional client service at every interaction.
  • Collaborate with your shift Team Lead to meet performance goals.
Qualifications
  • Prior legal or Personal Injury intake experience strongly preferred.
  • Paralegal or law office experience a plus.
  • Strong interviewing, note-taking, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
