About the role The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing assigned house accounts and providing comprehensive sales and customer service support for industrial service projects. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, Account Sales Managers (ASMs), operations teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, timely customer communication, and efficient account management. Responsibilities include coordinating project-related activities, customer onboarding, order acknowledgments, intercompany transactions, and CRM administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop assigned "House Accounts"
  • Order acknowledgments - create and send to the customer as required.
  • Coordinate intercompany projects and transactions - communications, project management, invoicing support as required.
  • Project related communications (status updates, milestone communications, etc) - Customer/ ASM/ Operations where required
  • Support ASM in facilitating customer visits where required (including witness test runs, TDI review, etc)
  • Support development of sales process SOP's and document templates
  • Salesforce and D365 admin tasks - inactive customer accounts, house account related contacts, etc
  • Participate in weekly production/ WIP meetings - coordinate and communicate sales related actions as required
  • Coordinate commercial tasks of customer motor storage - quotes, PO's, customer documentation where required
  • Coordination and support of new customer onboarding

Required Experience:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Required to work in the office including overtime as required
  • Required to work flexible and to respond to client emergencies.
  • Computer skills including email, internet, data entry and MS Excel

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Working knowledge of services of industrial rotating equipment
