Project Lead, SUE - Richardson, TX!
Halff has a current opening for a SUE Project Lead in our Richardson, TX location.
What you will do:
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing Subsurface Utility Engineering projects.
  • Coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues.
  • Manage quality assurance to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice.
  • Manage and work collaboratively with multiple teams and clients.
  • Supervise technical staff and manage clients.
  • Provide training/mentorship of technical staff.

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas or actively working to obtain PE in Texas.
  • Experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in coordinating project deliverables, managing project budgets and schedule, and identifying resolution of issues.
  • Possess a meticulous attention to detail and strong ability to promote accuracy.
  • Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written, delivered verbally, or conveyed from various methods of communication.
  • Knowledge of MicroStation ORD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
