Requirements

As a Shift Leader at Subway, Dairy Queen, no two days will be the same - and that's what makes it exciting! Here's what you'll be doing:

• Customer Service Superstar: You'll be the first person our customers see, and it's up to you to make sure they feel welcome, appreciated, and satisfied with every visit. Whether you're making a fresh Subway sandwich, or serving a sweet Dairy Queen treat, you'll create a positive, friendly atmosphere that keeps customers coming back!
• Prepare & Serve Delicious Food & Treats: With your passion for food and drinks, you'll create tasty sandwiches, whip up mouth-watering blizzards, and more! You'll be trained to handle the ins and outs of each brand, ensuring high-quality service every time.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization: You'll keep your workspace sparkling clean and well-organized. Whether you're behind the counter or helping to keep the dining area in top shape, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.
• Team Player: You'll work alongside an awesome, supportive team where collaboration is key. Whether it's supporting your teammates or lending a helping hand during a busy rush, you'll bring the energy and teamwork that make all two brands shine!
• Handle Transactions & Cash Register: You'll process customer orders and handle payments with accuracy and a smile. You'll also ensure that the cash register area is organized and secure.
• Train, Motivate, and Encourage: You'll be a part of all of the magic! Ensuring your team is motivated, trained, and encouraged along the way. Making sure you are all working towards the same goals and accomplishing success stories together.
