Summary:
Chester Academy is seeking qualified substitute school nurses to work in our K-8 school on an as needed basis.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a current NH RN license
  • Pediatric experience and school experience preferred

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect care to students in compliance with school district policies, professional standards of practice, physician orders and individual health plans
  • Maintain health records and complete appropriate documentation
  • Collaborate with administrators to ensure effective daily health supervision of all students
  • Function in accordance with the NH Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses, and the School District policies and procedures
